  • We guarantee 24-48 hour deliverables for any required services unless given further notice. That includes all post-processing, color grading, and editing done to the entirety of your specific package. For short notice, we offer rush service at an additional cost, meaning your content will get edited the moment we land back at Luma Studios.

  • In most cases, we’re able to schedule shoots within 24-48 hours, and often same day depending on availability. If you have a time sensitive listing, just mention it on your inquiry. We always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

  • Yes, we offer a full suite of add-ons and packages, including:

    • Drone photography and videography

    • Floor plans

    • 360° virtual tours

    • Twilight edits

    • Social media vertical content

    • Detail shots

    • Short-form video reels

    You can specify any of the following approaches when booking with us, and even inquire on anything else you have in mind.

  • We will always send a prep guide following your booking through us. However, generally it will consist of clean spaces, turned-on lights, blinds adjusted evenly, and clutter removed.

  • Yes. Travel outside of Missoula City limits is absolutely possible. A small mileage and distance fee may be applied given the location.

  • We understand real estate can move fast. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your shoot at no charge. If we arrive and the property isn’t accessible or ready, a small trip/late cancellation fee may apply. Just keep us updated and we’ll work with you, our goal is to always make the process smooth.

  • Absolutely. You’re more than welcome to be there, but it’s not required. Most agents simply provide access and let us handle the rest. We work efficiently and independently, and always follow your instructions regarding key areas or features you’d like to be highlighted.

  • All of our editing, file formatting, image dimensions, and delivery methods follow MLS guidelines, ensuring your listing uploads cleanly without issues.
